Fundraising NB:
We have been declared eligible for FEMA funding to assist in our recovery and rebuild effort, which will help greatly. However, FEMA will fund only certain parts of the rebuild, as well as requiring us to pay a percentage of the full rebuild cost. There will be numerous areas of Camp which will be deemed ‘ineligible’ and will be our sole responsibility to fund. Therefore, to ensure

full benefit of your generosity, donations are restricted to:
- FEMA ineligible costs;
- Camping Unlimited’s 25% portion of FEMA eligible costs; and
- Camp Krem Pacifica. Your support will help us serve our community for years to come, and we thank you.

Our staff orientation is all wrapped up 👏 We learned, we trained, we practiced, and we bonded. And now, we are ready to welcome our campers to camp for another fantastic summer!

Our Leadership Team has been working hard this week to get camp ready for another amazing summer!

From preparing trainings for incoming counselors, to team bonding, to learning camp songs, they have been going non-stop. 👏👏

Another thing this team has been working on is taking stock of all of the supplies we have, and the supplies we are in need of. Our campers are fantastic at making paint into art, beads into jewelry, costumes into performances, and everything in between. All of these items, plus hygiene, care, and camp essentials, go a long way in making camp as special as it is.

We are still hiring domestic counselors for our upcoming 2026 summer season! Spend your summer making a meaningful difference as a Camp Counselor at our beautiful camp near Yosemite 🌄

Counselors work directly with children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities, helping create a fun, supportive, and inclusive camp experience.

This is an ideal position for students studying Special Education; Occupational Therapy; Therapeutic Recreation; Psychology; Social Work; or related fields, or anyone passionate about working with people with disabilities and making a positive impact! Counselors gain valuable hands-on experience and practical skills while forming lifelong memories and lasting friendships.

Camp life is active, joyful, and full of adventure. Spend your summer swimming, dancing, singing, making art, hiking, stargazing, visiting with our resident camp animals, traveling on outings, and building meaningful connections.

You’ll also work alongside a diverse team of staff from around the world, creating a vibrant and supportive community.

This is a live-in summer position with housing and meals provided.

We’re looking for…

🎶 A dynamic and creative Music Specialist to develop and lead a therapeutic music program for our campers with developmental disabilities!

🕺A creative Dance and Drama Specialist to lead a performing arts program for our campers with developmental disabilities this summer!

Music Specialist: As a key member of our programming team, you’ll plan and implement group music sessions and activities, as well as work alongside other program specialists to facilitate whole-camp evening activities, theme days, etc.

This is an ideal position for music therapy students, though prior music therapy experience isn’t required, just a passion for music, proficiency with a few instruments, group leadership, and creativity!

Dance & Drama Specialist: As a vital member of our programming team, you’ll also help plan and facilitate whole-camp evening activities, theme days, creative performances etc.

This is a perfect role for performing arts students, or anyone passionate about dance and theater! Prior teaching experience isn’t required, but you should be comfortable leading groups in dance, other movement, and dramatic activities.

Join our team as an Assistant Travel Camp Director and help plan and lead transformative excursions for campers with developmental disabilities!

Working closely with the Travel Camp Director, you’ll lead exciting outings all around California—from hiking trips to beach days, river rafting and a trip to Disneyland!

A valid driver’s license, leadership experience, and outdoor/camping experience are essential!

This is a summer, live-in role with housing and meals provided. Beyond summer, there is potential for weekend opportunities.
