Warren Police received a call early this morning about an injured cat. Our amazing WPD officers quickly jumped in to help and stabilized torti. Animal Control responsed and got this sweet young kitty to the emergency vet. Our friends at Ferndale are taking this kitty into their rescue for continued care.

Sweet Torti was found outside, stuck in a fence. Warren Animal Control came to her rescue, and she’s been rushed to Wilson’s. Her leg is broken pretty badly and she will need to have surgery to amputate it. Despite her pain, she is beyond sweet and so grateful for help.

If you have a few dollars to spare to help towards her surgery, we would greatly appreciate it! Donations can also be called in directly to Wilson’s in Romeo.

We will update with how she’s doing but she’s expected to be in the hospital for about 4 days.
