The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) manages the Small Business Program for the Commander of the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (TACOM LCMC) in Warren and through its many sites around the U.S. This is all done in compliance with FAR 19.201(c) and DoD Directive 4205.1. The OSBP ensures that contracting and other personnel are knowledgeable of the different small business program requirements and that a fair share of contract awards are placed with small businesses. Additional functions of the OSBP include serve as advisor to the Commander on Small Business matters, monitor command-wide performance to achieve program goals and offer contractor counseling on business opportunities. As of 21 July 2014, all questions/comments submitted in response to any subsequent draft RFPs or submitted in response to the final RFPs, shall be submitted to the appropriate RFP mailbox, indicated as follows:

Knowledge Based Services (KBS) RFP: [email protected]

Research and Development (R&D) RFP: [email protected]

Please note that if any questions/comments submitted are applicale to all three RFPs (KBS, ERS and R&D) you shall submit the question(s)/comment(s) to each individual mailbox, as the answers(s) the Government provides for one RFP may be different than the other RFPs.

Additionally, any questions/comments that have been submitted to the original TS3 mailbox ([email protected]) but have not yet had a publically released answer, does not have to be resubmitted.

Registration for the 2014 TACOM LCMC Small Business Fair is now open!

The 2014 TACOM LCMC Small Business Fair will be held on Wednesday, 11 June 2014, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (check-in starts at 8:00 am) at the:

John Lewis Center Macomb Community College – South Campus
14500 E. 12 Mile Road Warren, MI 48088-3896

The Fair offers a very unique opportunity for vendors to interact with TACOM LCMC organizations/partners and learn about business opportunities that may be available for them as well as direct networking.

In order to attend the conference you must pre-register on-line. There is no cost for this conference, but there is a limit of two (2) registrants per company. You will need a valid CAGE code to register and all registrant companies’ small business status will be verified in the Dynamic Small Business Search or in SAM.

Strategic Service Solutions” or “TS3” Update:

To make ACC-Warren's S3 contract distinct from CECOM's S3 contract, ACC-WRN has renamed its new contract “TACOM Strategic Service Solutions” or “TS3”.

ACC-WRN has not publicly released any milestone dates other than what is posted on this page -- any milestone dates, to include Target Solicitation and Award Dates that are posted elsewhere, are merely speculative. ACC-WRN will continue to use this page to update Industry. Email or phone inquiries will not be answered or returned, until invited by the Government, as this webpage is expected to convey all publicly releasable information until then.

Although the estimated RFP release date for S3 is not being provided at this time, ACC-WRN would like to inform Industry that it will NOT be released in Calendar Year 2012.
