Brandon Bayton is a Washington, DC–based marketing strategist, event producer, community advocate, and founder of The Bayton Collective, LLC. With a career spanning experiential marketing, public relations, strategic partnerships, hospitality, and public health advocacy, Brandon has built a reputation for bringing organizations, brands, government, and communities together through meaningful experiences.
A longtime kidney health advocate and transplant recipient, Brandon is deeply committed to elevating patient voices and advancing kidney health education and awareness. His advocacy includes service with national and regional healthcare organizations and advisory committees, alongside developing community-based initiatives that connect people with resources and information.
Beyond healthcare advocacy, Brandon is an active leader in Washington’s hospitality, tourism, and civic communities, contributing his expertise to organizations including Destination DC, the DC Nightlife Council, and the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington DC.
