Honored to join and speak at yesterday’s 28th Annual Elkhart County Ride to Remember.

Hundreds of riders came together to honor fallen police, firefighters, and veterans who gave their lives in service. This long-standing tradition is a powerful reminder of the courage and sacrifice that keep our communities safe.

We said we would never forget. Twenty-five years later, many have.

Nearly 3,000 Americans were murdered on September 11, 2001, by Islamist terrorists who attacked this country because of what it stands for.

A generation has now grown up who weren't alive to see it. They must be told the truth about what happened that day.

That's why we say it every year. We will never forget.

Proud to welcome HRSA Administrator Tom Engels to Indiana’s Second District.

Today we toured HealthLinc in Mishawaka — a community health center delivering quality, affordable care to families across northern Indiana.

We also met with the outstanding team at Goodwill of Michiana’s Nurse-Family Partnership, who walk alongside first-time moms from pregnancy through their child’s second birthday.

These local partners are strengthening families and improving health outcomes right here at home. Grateful for their work and for federal support that helps them serve our communities.

Incredible response by the South Bend Fire Department battling this fire overnight. Thankful for their bravery, and we are very fortunate to have such a skilled department here in South Bend.

Crews are putting out hot spots after bringing a massive fire under control at the Stadium Flats apartments construction site.

Got to spend some time today with Hoosier veterans from the Northeast Indiana Honor Flight.

For some, it was the first time seeing the memorials built in their honor.
