IBC Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration – “Bienvenidos a Nuestro Evento”

Interior Business Center employees wrapped up the 2015 Hispanic Heritage Month with simultaneous events in Herndon, Va., and Denver, Colo. Employees from other IBC locations followed the program remotely via Webcast.

The program featured two guest speakers, Elena Gonzalez, acting Deputy Assistant Secretary Technology, Information and Business Services, and Bryan Arroyo, Assistant Director for International Affairs at Fish and Wildlife Service. Besides telling their personal stories and how their Hispanic Heritage helped in shaping their successful careers, they both highlighted the importance of diversity in the workplace.
