๐Ÿถ K-Culture Talk | Session 2: Korean Traditional Alcohol (K-Sool) Workshop

We had a wonderful time learning about Koreaโ€™s traditional alcohol and fermentation culture through our hands-on makgeolli brewing workshop!

Participants explored the history and culture of K-Sool, learned about the fermentation process, and got to make their very own batch of makgeolli with JS Brewery.

Everyone took their own makgeolli batch home to continue the fermentation process and experience the joy of brewing firsthand.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this workshop so special! ๐Ÿ’›
