Millennium Water Alliance, private companies, non-profits, and leaders of 14 governments announced a $35.5 million, 5-year project targeting WASH services for 450,000 Kenyans. The program, called the Kenyan Resilient Arid Lands Partnership for Integrated Development, hopes to increase WASH coverage in the area from 37% of the population to 50% by 2020.
