Today I called Serve DC to ask about the elderly exemption from shoveling snow for my parents. Scott Bishop answered the phone. He was so knowledgeable. And patient. I had a ton of questions and he thoroughly answered everyone. He also explained the volunteer:household ratio for my ward. The expectation is pretty low but at least we know why there may be a delay. I appreciate Mr. Bishop's demeanor and patience today. GREAT customer service is so hard to come by. Thank YOU Scott Bishop!!!
