Friends of the Art Museum of the Americas The Friends of the Art Museum of the Americas is a nonprofit, educational, and cultural organization. The Friends support the Museum's mission to create awareness and appreciation of Latin American Art.

The Museum was founded by the OAS in 1976.

Join The Friends of the Museum of the Americas
on a one-day visit to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Saturday, January 30, 2016
For a guided tour of Joaquin Torres-Garcia: The Arcadian Modern
Viewing of the Picasso Sculpture exhibit and time for independent exploration (for more information on exhibits, visit MoMA.org)

Details
8:00 am: Depart on chartered coach from Friendship Heights
12:45 pm (ETA): Lunch on your own at a MoMA restaurant (choice of three eateries in the museum)
1:50 pm: Guided tour of the Joaquin Torres-Garcia exhibit
Following guided tour, view Picasso Sculpture exhibit independently, and explore the rest of the museum on your own
6:00 pm: Meet in front of MoMA for return to Friendship Heights, Washington, DC (ETA 10:30 p.m.)

Cost = $200.00, which covers chartered coach, MoMA entrance fee and guided tour fee, a box supper with choice of sandwiches from Le Pain Quotidian, and beverages (water, wine, sherry, etc.)
Trip is limited to 15, possibly 20 people
Payment is due in advance, no later than January 8, 2016.
