Trump invaded Venezuela for oil, graft, and power. Then he set up a shady oil fund.

Billions of dollars are at stake and Congress knows next to nothing about the fund or the deal he cut to get Venezuelan oil on discount.

I’m calling for answers, alongside Congressman Gregory Meeks and Congressman Ami Bera, including the long overdue release of KPMG’s audit of the fund.

I offered a motion to subpoena the Trump Admin and get answers on its oil deal to work with corrupt actor Alejandro Betancourt and his company. Republicans voted to keep Congress in the dark.
