[WATCH TO THE END]
Over the past week, the country has suffered an explosion of frustration over the racial divisions that still plague us as Americans. If you haven't done so, sit down with your team and let them tell you about their experiences and how they feel about what's going on in the country right now. Yesterday, the conversation I had with my squad lasted a couple of hours and we did not shy away from the uncomfortable topics. Today we came together to recap some of what was shared. At the end of the conversation, I assured my team that leaders are committed to making our organization better and we reassured each other that we would get through this as a team as we continue our duty to Protect our Nation.

ኢዩ I LOVE YOU
Army Television members from the mid to late 80s gathered last weekend to remember SFC Joseph Snyder who lost his battle with cancer in December. Joe was Army Television NCOIC when I arrived in 1984. That was the period when the Army was transitioning from film "MOPIC" to video. The current cover photo is from that era. Pictured from left to right are Kevin Beverley, Tim Sullivan, Laura Ricardo, Roy Messersmith, Jim Barrett, and Jim Cottle. Later that evening a few more from that era joined us, including Marvin Hurston, Heather Smith-Chaperon, and Leo Medina.
