United Congolese Party The United Congolese Party is an opposition political party-in-exile representing domestic and diaspora interests of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Welcome to the new DRC! ENOUGH is the cry of the Congolese people! We all want positive change; change for ourselves, change for our children and for our children’s children. Sustainable change. But, how do we get there? It IS possible. And, we at United Congolese Party (UCP) know how to create this not only as possible but AS our new reality. The UCP believes the world is indebted to America, for

it was in America that all of the transformative concepts and principles such as Sovereignty, Rights, Representation and Classical Republicanism were first reduced to practice, exemplified, and its utility and practicability first established. There are many difficult issues to address:
-Vacuum of leadership
-Poor sanitation
-Poor governance
-Child mortality
-Lack of the ‘rule of law’
-Jobless youth
-Corruption
-Famine
-Fragmented military
-Insecurity
-Abuse of power
-Erosion of trust
There are many more to be listed if we want to focus on the problems instead of looking towards the future, leaving the past behind us and moving forward with solutions that will work for the benefit of all Congolese hand in hand with our joint venture business partners. We are focused on building a better civil and legal society, concentrating on the human resources we have in abundance; our youth. These are the areas we have identified as key to our strategic development plan:

Education and the Rule of Law as pillars of our society

-Airline Industry
-Agriculture and the Agro Industry
-Financial Services and Banking
-Fishing and Aquafarming
-Housing and Water supply
-Hydro Electric, Solar and other alternative energy
-Health Services
-Infrastructure
-Waste and Sewage Management
-Railways & Urban Transportation
-Foreign Policy and International Affairs

Our Charter is the foundation of our vision; bringing the ‘D’ for Democracy back into the DRC! And our Charter is founded on the ‘law of the land’ our Constitution which is gives us the RIGHTS we will ensure are protected for ALL! Come and join with us to secure our future. Since the Republic’s problems are basically political and We the People have had no voice, and since the leaders of the international community – especially those who continue to invest billions of dollars in foreign aid to the Republic – have been legitimizing the regimes that enslave us, as Sovereigns, we are taking responsibility for our own destiny; we are creating our own transformative political solution; and we are showing the leaders of Africa and the how to get a process going that is truly democratizing, that opens things up, gives the People a voice and enables them to achieve a legitimate, transparent and accountable government.
