#Case081 challenge was to convert an under used 3Bed/1bath in the Northeast area of Washinton, DC into a functional 4bed/2bath for a growing family. Every single details and lines were custom for the space and all materials and finishes hand picked. From the imported Moroccan tiles to the custom made on site railings.

Now Spiderman has his own room

Not every super hero wears a cape, but this one 6 year old super hero always wanted his own room. A "spiderman room,” insisted little DJ. Our super hero's mom recalls that, although they had just purchased their very first home in Anacostia, he wasn’t very excited because it needed so much work. Everything seemed so old and outdated. They reached out to Third Story Capital to transform their purchase into a home fit for a super hero and his super family. They used an #HPAP loan for their purchase.
