Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Olosunde was a GS-15 level federal employee of the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ). He served as an Assistant General Counsel to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for over a decade, from 2010 to 2021. As a national security law “operational attorney,” Attorney Olosunde provided real time legal guidance and support to FBI personnel in all aspects of active counterterrorism investigations, disruptions/interdictions, and subsequent prosecutions. He supported complex classified litigation and led teams of attorneys to ensure FBI compliance with constitutional, statutory and regulatory requirements for the authorization, acquisition, retention, and dissemination of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) based intelligence. Mr. Olosunde developed FBI policy for interagency cooperation and use of FISA information to support the missions of various U.S. government counterterrorism partners.

Urgent question: Violation of Policy? I have a question. If an over greedy CEO is cutting staffing to dangerous levels with people who should never be admitted, does that not equate to a hostile work environment for the staff if the persons admitted are known to be extremely violent and there are no provisions for adequate male staff to protect staff and/or other patients? No security guards, no police officers, no one and the staff stay in a constant state of fear because of lack of staff and/or the violent people that are admitted to this facility. They allege they have no tolerance for dangerous and/or hostile work environments in their policies, many people have been seriously hurt, both patients and staff? This is urgent please?
I'm a disabled retired female worked for the VA outpatient clinic had a brain injury denied claim and was fired. would like to discuss how t his could happen so no one else does.
