BF Joy crews must takes special precautions safety steps to avoid any type of Heat Stress: Heat stress can lead to unrelieved heat strain, which in turn can increase the risk for HRIs. HRIs include heat stroke, heat exhaustion, fainting, heat cramps, and heat rash. Heat stroke can occur in two forms, classic and exertional. Wear light clothing, take frequent breaks and stay hydrated!!!
