Center for Green Schools

Center for Green Schools Healthy, high-performing schools for all within this generation.
Across America, the next generation of leaders walks into classrooms, libraries, cafeterias and lecture halls that are compromising their ability to learn, not enhancing it. The Center was established to change that. We believe that everyone, from the kindergartner entering the classroom for the first time to the Ph.D. student performing research in a lab, should have the ability to learn in green buildings.

"Taking the GCP helped me think about things outside that affect us inside the classroom. Mainly, emissions from idling cars at pickup/dropoff negatively impacting students. This lead to efforts outside like the garden we made this past summer!"
