A SHOUTOUT goes to Alexis from CenterWell Senior Primary Care for bringing us a great lunch but for also sharing with us tips to "Stretch your grocery dollars." She presented some great ideas and our members also shared their ways of stretching the grocery dollar. With the price of food these days every tip, idea, and different ways to save are greatly appreciated!!!

Wednesday, September 2nd, was the start of our 6 week course on Cronic Pain Management. This class is sponsored by The Tarrant County Health Department and have the best two facilitators, Marianne and Salvador!!!
