David Villalobos, 33, is a life-long resident of Waukegan's Fourth Ward. David works as a long-term substitute teacher in Waukegan District 60, and previously served as outreach coordinator for the Waukegan Public Library. David is a leader in advocating for a healthier and sustainable future for Waukegan. His work with Clean Power Lake County was instrumental in bringing NRG Energy's recent solar investment to Waukegan. As Alderman, David will continue leading efforts to bring more clean energy opportunities to Waukegan that can create local jobs. Downtown Development
David supports the Mayor, City Council, and Waukegan Main Street's efforts to encourage businesses to launch and grow in downtown Waukegan. As Alderman, he looks forward to being a strong partner in these efforts. Community Development
