What is your health goal and how are you going to reach it? Regardless of what it is know that, small consistent changes produce dramatic results. All to often people are looking to to get from point "A" to point "B" but neglect the steps that are essential to get there. Rather people tend to make drastic leaps to achieve it. If you goal is 15,000 steps using your FitBit, you don't jump to get there, You take a step at a time but leaps aren't intended for longevity. This same principle applies to whatever goal you have. Establish your goal, break it down to incremental steps, begin taking the first step, maintain and manage that step rinse and repeat. So...What is your step? Are you taking it? This will inevitably take you to your health goal whatever it is. So again... what is your health goal?

Firefighter Dynamic Performance Training (FD-PT) page is here for you! Here, to give you free information, updates and encouragement that is applicable in training health and improving safety for firefighters while inspiring fitness enthusiasts to learn the physical needs of all firefighters.

FD-PT is the culmination of 12 years of experience in training firefighter fitness with the Milwaukee Fire Department that has already expanded to other fire departments. To reduce the #1 cause of firefighter injuries, strains and sprains, we need to expand our reach to our non-departmental friends creating a lasting impact on a larger scale. FD-PT will be that impact! But, in order for that to happen, I'm humbling asking YOU to follow the page, apply the principles, care for your health and share this with firefighters inside and outside your department as well as fitness enthusiasts who would love the information.
