🎒✨ Help Local Kids Start School with Confidence! ✨🎒

Serve Wenatchee’s annual Clothes 4 the Classroom event returns on Saturday, August 8, and we're on a mission to provide 1,000 local children in need with new school clothes, shoes, and socks before the first day of school.

You can make a difference! Just $40 provides one child with a complete back-to-school outfit and shoes.

Our goal is to raise $40,000 and serve 1,000 children in our community. Every gift helps a child walk into the classroom feeling confident, prepared, and valued.

What an incredible week at Serve Wenatchee! As we enjoy these beautiful spring days, we’re celebrating the impact our community is making together. ❤️

This week alone:
🥕 276 people received nourishing food through our Fresh Hope Market
📦 3,315 pounds of food were distributed to local families
🛋️ 2 families received essential furniture to help make their houses feel like home
👕 Through partnerships with the YWCA Thrift Store and Valley Exchange, children and families received much-needed clothing
🤝 Many individuals were connected with additional resources and services through our amazing community partners

None of this happens without YOU — our faithful volunteers, generous donors, and dedicated partners. Thank you for helping bring hope, stability, and practical support to families across the Wenatchee Valley. We are so grateful for this community!

Because of your incredible generosity, clothing, non-perishable food, and more than $1,500 in cash donations were collected to help families in need throughout the Wenatchee Valley.

On Saturday, August 8th, Serve Wenatchee will have our annual Clothes 4 the Classroom event. This event will be held at Columbia Grove Covenant Church. Our goal is to provide 1,000 children with new clothes, including jeans, shirts, shoes and socks. Registration will open July 1.

En español: El sábado 8 de agosto, Serve Wenatchee celebrará su evento anual "Ropa para el aula". Este evento se celebrará en la Iglesia Columbia Grove Covenant. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar ropa nueva a 1.000 niños, incluyendo pantalones pantalones de mezclilla, camisas, zapatos y calcetines. Las inscripciones se abrirán el 1 de julio.

Hello! Hope you’re enjoying this beautiful weather! We wanted to keep you updated with our results from this week:
—326 people were provided with nourishing food through our Fresh Hope Market.
—That’s 3,706 lbs. of food!
—Three families were able to STAY in their homes thanks to rental assistance.
—One family received essential furniture for their home.
—Through partnerships with the YWCA Thrift Store and Valley Exchange, several clients and their children were able to receive clothing.
—We provided many valuable referrals for our clients and community members to receive additional resources and services through community partners.

We are SO VERY GRATEFUL for our incredible volunteers, dedicated donors, and amazing partners who make all this possible. Your support in this work means the world to us!
