Can you imagine this setup in a garden?

This event was originally designed to take place at our client’s home, surrounded by the outdoor setting we had carefully planned every detail around. From the rentals and layout to the personalized soaps, water bottles, flowers, and special touches, everything was selected with that space in mind.

Then Mother Nature had other plans. Due to the weather, we had to move the entire event to a venue at the last minute. We needed an empty space so we could recreate the vision as closely as possible, all while dealing with a tight timeline and our party bus breaking down along the way.

Even with the unexpected challenges, we adapted and brought the celebration to life. But if you can picture this setup in a beautiful garden, you can imagine how magical the original vision was.

And yes, we missed taking photos of so many of the little details that made this event extra special. 😭

There’s a lot of behind-the-scenes planning involved from pool access and wind conditions to the Texas heat and temperatures.
But when everything comes together, it adds such a beautiful touch to any patio or poolside celebration.

And would you believe the jumbo balloons floating around this pool were absolute giants? Our standard jumbo balloons range from 24 to 50 inches, making these oversized pieces a true showstopper and the perfect statement for this setup!
