🥳Happy Administrative Professionals Day!🥳
📈📊Our amazing Data Manager, Elizabeth Akins, is the smiling face behind our school’s front desk. She manages enrollments, attendance, scheduling, grades, answers phones and the door, and is a spreadsheet ninja! She is the BEST Data Manager in Moore County Schools—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She keeps our school operating smoothly every day, and is a joy to have here at WPE!
📄🗄️I’d also like to shout out Meaghen Catlin, who has been helping out in our office with everything from inventory to copy requests and everything in between! We have been without a bookkeeper for quite a while now, and Meaghen stepped up in our school’s time of need. We are so grateful for her support!
💰💸Additional bookkeeper support has been provided by two amazing Central Office staff, Barb Coughlin and Louise Hardy. Barb and Louise have been handling finance and payroll since we have been without a bookkeeper. They have been wonderfully supportive behind the scenes, and our school truly could not function without them
