Tonight we placed new engine 4-2 in service! Over the last week we have held training over the apparatus and got the members familiar with all equipment and controls.
Below will be pictures of the final lay out and training sessions!
The truck in a nut shell!
Engine 4-2 is a 2005 smeal pumper tanker
The truck holds 2500 gallons of water with a 1500 gallon per minute pump. This is to help with the lack of water supply in its territory.
4-2 will be primary response out of station 2 in state line city to all fires and vehicle accidents. As always thank you to our firefighters and to our community for helping West Lebanon continue to make leaps and bounds !

We are in the last stretch ! Last night members finished up mounting equipment and transferred all our equipment from the county spare engine to new engine 4–2. The truck is ready for final inspection this weekend and at the beginning of next week we will begin training with the anticipation of the truck going in service next Wednesday evening. Thank you to everyone that had a helping hand and to their families for being understanding of the time it took to make this truck happen

Engine 4-2 update.
Roughly 75% of equipment is on the truck and mounted with the rest having a home waiting on shelving and mounting brackets. We picked the truck up today from graphics and we are on the home run stretch with hopes of having it in service with in the next few weeks.

Here is the latest on SR 63

All four lanes of State Road 63 will close on/after Wednesday, April 16 for a pipe replacement near Seeger High School. 🚧⛔️
