I’m not one to put my personal stuff on the internet but I’m dealing with fraud and corruption. After building a Beautiful Custom home I found out my Realtor Matt Dibiase from Landing Real Estate directed my Bank to issue checks to his friends and agents without my consent or knowledge. After uncovering the embezzlement I was able to legally get out of the contract only to be hit with a lawsuit based on lies. That was 16 months ago and I still haven’t had a single chance to get in front of the Judge even though I have proof of fraud and perjury! I’m the last person who deserves this and I will spend the rest of my life exposing these clowns if I have to. There is $100k of my money sitting in escrow right now and their attempting to using the legal system to steal those funds.

Anyone that knows me, knows I’m a good person and wouldn’t ask for help if I didn’t need it. Please sign the petition and spread the word. I’m done being taken advantage of and it’s time to fight back!!!

Their entire lawsuit is based on one text that doesn’t exist but facts don’t matter to rich people!!

Matt Dibiase of Landing Real Estate at his finest!! This recording is from the day of closing and is mind blowing considering he’s my Realtor!! If you listen to the recording he agrees to the numbers which match what I’m saying and then gets frustrated and tells me my house sucks and to shove it up my ass!

All this is after getting caught red handed directing my bank to issue checks to his friends and agents behind my back and without my knowledge!!
