In response to the air quality, Wayne County Executive, Warren C. Evans has issued KN95 respirators be distributed to senior facilities across Wayne County to protect the some of the more vulnerable members of our community. While supplies last, KN95 masks are stocked at the Friendship Center!

Aside from using masks, residents are also highly encouraged to stay indoors, stay hydrated and continue to monitor local air quality conditions.

Join us this Friday, June 26, as Warped Tourists take the stage for the official opening of the 2026 Live! at Nankin summer concert series, at the brand new Nankin Square & Amphitheatre!

Entry: 5 PM

Showtime: 6PM

This weeks food trucks: Turkey Heaven, Cafe De Amour, and Casa Nova 🍽️

Parking is available at Westland City Hall (with access via the pedestrian bridge) or in the Westland Mall’s parking lot across the street.

Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy an evening of live music, great food, and summer fun! ☀️🎶
