Sign up for our Citizens' Police Academy! New classes begin Sept 23rd. The Citizens’ Police Academy offers community members an inside view of their police department and its operations. This free 8-week course is held on Wednesday evenings at the Westmont Police Department from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Open to anyone who lives or works in Westmont.

Save The Date: Our next community shred event benefiting Special Olympics Illinois will be held on Sat., October 3rd from 9am - 1pm.

This event features on-site collection, with off-site destruction. Police personnel will supervise the destruction of all material collected.

🎉 That’s a wrap on our two-day Kids Safety Preparedness Camp! 🎉

What an incredible couple days of learning, hands-on activities, and fun! Our campers learned about a variety of important safety topics, including bike safety, fire safety, train safety, bus safety provided by First Student, internet & cyber safety, first aid, drone teams, and Police K9s. 🚲🔥💻🩹🐾

A special THANK YOU to Deputy Richardson and K9 Hope from the DuPage County Sheriff's Department for spending time with our campers! The kids also had the opportunity to put their skills to work by assembling their own first aid kits and pet first aid kits.

The Kids Safety Preparedness Camp gives 8-, 9-, and 10-year-old children the opportunity to connect with their local first responders while learning valuable skills to help keep themselves, their families, and their pets safe.

We’re already looking forward to next year! 🚔💙

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year's National Night Out! What an incredible evening of community, connection, and fun.

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to spend the night with us and help make this event such a success. A very special thank you to our guests, community partners, and volunteers whose generosity and support made this event possible. We truly couldn't have done it without you!
