Over the past several months, I’ve had the opportunity to serve the people of Holmes County as your District 2 County Commissioner.

I’m a farmer, a lifelong member of this community, and someone who believes in hard work, personal responsibility, supporting our local farmers and small businesses, and making sure the voices of the people of Holmes County are heard.

My commitment to this community goes beyond politics. I believe in showing up, listening to our community, embracing opportunities for growth, and working together to build a stronger future for Holmes County.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve, and I’m proud of the work we’ve been able to do together. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and trusted me to represent our community!

Election Day is Tuesday, August 18. I am asking you, Holmes County, let me keep working for you 🇺🇸

When I say I’ll stand up for the people of Holmes County, I mean it.

Whether it’s advocating for our farmers, supporting agriculture, protecting our traditions, or fighting for issues that directly impact our community, I believe our voices deserve to be heard.

I’ll continue to fight for our farmers, our land, our way of life, and the future of Holmes County.

I’m proud to support our local FFA students and the next generation of agriculture leaders in Holmes County.
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the Holmes County FFA Fundraiser last Saturday. Because of your generosity, we were able to present over $4000 to the Holmes County Education Foundation to be distributed among the district’s four FFA chapters.
FFA has always been close to my heart, and it means a lot to be able to give back to an organization that has had such a positive impact on our community and our youth.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible!

Following his Holmes County FFA Fundraiser last Saturday, Commissioner Ellenburg presented the Holmes County Education Foundation with over $4,000 to be distributed among the district’s four FFA chapters.

“FFA provides our students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, explore careers in agriculture, and become engaged members of their communities. We are grateful to Commissioner Ellenburg and everyone who supported this fundraiser for investing directly in our students and FFA programs,” said Carmen Bush, Vice President of the Holmes County Education Foundation.

We are thankful for community partners who continue to show up for Holmes County students!

What a great night! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our event last night.

I wanted to put this fundraiser together because supporting our local youth, agriculture, and FFA programs is something I believe strongly in. These programs give our kids opportunities to learn, grow, build leadership skills, and gain experiences that can stay with them for a lifetime.

A special thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, sponsored, attended, or helped spread the word. Your support means a lot, and together we were able to make a difference right here in our community.

It was also great to hear from the candidates who joined us and learn more about their platforms and their vision for our community. I appreciate everyone who took the time to come out, speak, and be part of the evening.

Safe bridges. Strong infrastructure. A stronger Holmes County.

One of my priorities is making sure we are doing everything we can to improve the safety and infrastructure of Holmes County. I’m working to pursue EDA grants and other funding opportunities that can help us make needed improvements to our bridges and roads.

These investments are important for our families, our farmers, our businesses, and the future of our county.

It’s about identifying the needs, finding the funding, and getting the job done for the people of Holmes County.

I’m ready to keep working for you.
