God N' Dogs God N' Dogs is simple. We get together on Thursday nights and have a little tailgate party with 100 or so of our friends from the streets of Wichita Kansas

We meet at 412 N Topeka (or on the corner of 3rd and Topeka) across from St John’s Episcopal Church every Thursday at 6:30pm. We accept most donations, but we are not a tax exempt organization. (yet)
The needs on the streets: SOCKS. Backpacks. good shoes, hygiene products, strollers, blankets. ect...

Now that all that is out of the way, I can share our purpose. We want to plant the seeds of lov

e and change on the streets. We believe that love and change only occurs through real relationships. So our hope to bring upper and middle class folks into relationship with the poor in our city. It is a practice of our Christian faith but all people from all walks of life are welcome to come and join us! We are not a part of any single religious group - we are just doing kingdom work and using the time to be a melting pot of love. If you are curious about what we do or want to help, I will quote Mother Teresa and say: " Come and see"

Our Story

We meet in the parking lot just north of the open door (402 E 2nd) at First United Methodist Church every Thursday at 6:30pm. We grill all beef hotdogs and serve chips, fruit and whatever else our volunteers bring. We accept most donations, but we are not a tax exempt organization. (yet) The needs on the streets: SOCKS.
