This is a message for KY REPUBLICANS:
Daniel Cameron is an apprentice of McConnell and managed to lose against Andy Beshear in 2023 despite Republicans sweeping all other state-level office.
Andy Barr has received more funding from AIPAC than any other candidate, he is too radical for independents, and endorsed Thomas Massie’s opponent despite Massie’s immense bipartisan support.
Nate Morris is propped up by Elon Musk and other Epstein Class billionaires, he also endorsed Massie’s opposition, and one of his companies took almost 10 million in Taxpayer money that was later “forgiven” (in the form of PPP loans).
If you nominate any of the above to go up against a Democrat like Charles Booker, any Dem with real energy, you are asking for a repeat of the 2019 gubernatorial election.
National opinion is swinging wildly to the Democrats and Trump’s approval rating is bottoming out. You need to nominate someone with broad appeal if you do not want to take chances with the general. If an immensely unpopular Republican goes up against a charismatic Democrat this election could get much more competitive than most people expect, things can go wrong for the GOP very quickly.
This doesn’t even consider the potential for a liberty/conservative independent to join the race, a potentiality that cannot be ruled out—especially when considering how ideologically opposed the more liberty-oriented conservatives are to the current front runners. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see an outsider launch an exploratory committee if something major doesn’t change with the polling averages.
So, with the above in mind I suggest that y’all support someone who can actually pull enough independents to make sure y’all aren’t caught by surprise in the general. Someone without the baggage I’ve described above. That person is Michael Faris—the only grassroots, America First candidate in this race—who is much more acceptable to liberty republicans as well.
If you want to win the general make sure you vote for Michael Faris on May 19!
