I’M NOT GIVING UP
We’re all pushing through a difficult economy right now, individuals, families, and small businesses like mine. In a service‑based, triage‑driven sole proprietorship, the weight of caring for everyone’s needs can become overwhelming at times. The mental health of any being, personal or business, matters. My model does its best to show up for everyone, every day, even on weekends. I never want my fees to stand in the way of anyone getting the help they need, and I remain committed to working with all clients facing any kind of hardship I’m able to help with.
Sometimes the hardship felt in the community becomes hardship for the businesses trying to keep their heads above water. I put my trust and confidence in the same community that has placed its trust in me. In a world full of misinformation and division, many are giving up on jobs, responsibilities, necessities, businesses, families, pets, children, and our communities. Worse yet, many are giving up on themselves. No matter the state of affairs on any given day, my mission and stewardship compel me, even in dark times, to never give up (even though the pillow seems to care more sometimes).
If you have an issue, case, dispute, or even an outstanding balance with me, don’t give up. Keep getting up, standing up, showing up, and creating new days, new ways, and new opportunities to keep going. If finances are tight and you need help, reach out and we’ll find a workable plan.
Like Andy Grammer says, “I’m not givin’ up, no not yet, even down to my last breath.” This life puts too much in our way, and this guy is tired of attorneys and courts making law in accessible.
Keep moving forward, and remember: we are not alone. Across every tradition through time, trust and have faith in the showing up, and not giving up, will lead to better days.
