The Town of St. George continues to work through the Town Wide Reappraisal process.

Edit: The Town of St. George has now mailed Acadia Lane, Apple Blossom Rd, Barber Rd, Beliveau Rd, Breezy Valley Ln, Cadence Rd, Camber Ln, Goose Creek Rd, Hawk Hollow, Henry Way, Peet Rd, Pillsbury Ln, Whitetail Path. Inspections may begin the week of January 5, 2026.
The Town of St. George has also mailed postcard notices to: Enman's Rd, Forest Rd, Leeway Circle, Lost Rd, Nulty Rd, Shady Nook Ln, St. George BLVD, Rocky Ridge Circle, Route 116, Scout Farm Rd, Winterbottom Rd, "Ayer Rd, Wild Rose Ln, Willow Brook Ln, Oak Hill Rd, Iroquois Ln, Martel Ln, Martel Ln Ext., Mt. Pritchard Ln, Birch Rd, Chambers Park, Chestnut, Hemlock, Route 2A). All notices have now been mailed!
Appointments can be made, but not are not required. Interior inspections are preferred for accuracy purposes if the property owner is willing. Available appointments are on Friday, January 9, 2026, and Friday, January 16, 2026. Alternate times may be arranged.

Reappraisal Contract:
The Town of St. George has contracted with New England Municipal Resource Center (NEMRC) to perform the 2026 Town Wide Reappraisal.
Property Inspections:
Property inspections will be performed through the Fall of 2025 and Winter of 2026. All properties in the Town of St. George will be inspected and the valuations will be updated for the 2026-2027 Grand List Year. The Town Office will send notices to property owners with approximately 2 weeks notice of property inspections being performed in their area. Town of St. George Property Owners:
Please follow this link (on Town Website) to view updated property information on the Online Property Data Viewer. After reappraisal property inspections, a summary of the updated property data will be uploaded to this website. A specific code will be provided to each property owner via door note, and can be obtained from the Town Office. Updated information is available approximately 2-4 weeks after a property inspection is performed. Please email the Assessor if updated information is not available.
Valuation Notices:
Property owners will be notified of their updated property assessments/valuations in Spring 2026. Notices will include previous and new property valuations and hearing information. Notices will be mailed to the mailing address on file with the Assessor at the Town Office.
