Thursday, December 1st, 7:00PM VTrans Rte 116 and 2A Presentation

The Town of St. George is pleased to announce that the VTrans presentation on plans for the intersection of Routes 116 and 2A is rescheduled for this coming Thursday, December 1 at the Town Hall, 21 Barber Road. VTrans and Stantec will be on hand to discuss the completed scoping study and present the options identified for updating the roads to improve overall safety and enhance traffic flow.

Town residents are encouraged to attend in person at the Town Hall. There is also an option for virtual attendance. Please e-mail Selectboard Member Joel Colf at [email protected] for information on joining virtually.

Hello St. George Neighbors!

After conducting a survey on the intersection at Routes 116 and 2A, VTrans has developed a plan to construct improvements to improve safety by reducing speeds, crashes and delays at the intersection. Their plan also intends to reduce traffic delays.

Please join the St. George Selectboard meeting this Thursday, November 17 at 7:00pm to hear directly from the project lead and learn more about the proposed construction options.

All are welcome to attend in person at the St. George Town Hall. There is also an option to attend the meeting virtually. Please reach out to Selectboard Member Joel Colf at [email protected] to receive the link.

This will be a BIG improvement for our town. We hope to see you there!

The Rover is coming!

The CSWD Rover will be in St. George this Saturday, May 14th, from 8am until 12pm! It will be located in the Town Hall parking lot, 21 Barber Road.
