Did you know the Indian Head Park Police Department has a dedicated Elderly Service Officer (ESO)?
Officer Rob Verber serves as our Elderly Service Officer and is committed to protecting, supporting, and advocating for older adults throughout our community. As an ESO, Officer Verber is specially trained to recognize elder abuse, investigate neglect, provide safety education, and help seniors protect themselves from scams, frauds, and other crimes that often target older adults.
The goal is simple: to help older residents remain safe, informed, connected, and aware of the resources available to them.
Through education, advocacy, and direct support, Officer Verber works closely with seniors, families, neighbors, and community organizations to strengthen the safety and well-being of older adults in Indian Head Park.
