🌿🐾We had a great group out on the Luther Warren Trail Monday evening. The weather cooperated, the trail was beautiful, and a couple of cute pups helped keep everyone smiling. 🐾 Last night was a good reminder that wellness doesn't have to happen in a gym or a counseling office. Sometimes it looks like a group of people walking down a wooded trail, enjoying fresh air and good company.

September is National Preparedness Month, making this upcoming community event a great opportunity to learn, connect, and build the skills and knowledge needed to be prepared for emergencies.

WILMINGTON, Ohio — The Wilmington Public Library will host its third annual Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, Sept. 19, offering families a hands-on opportunity to explore a variety of large vehicles and equipment.

💜 Celebrate Breastfeeding Awareness Month with us! 🤱✨

Join us Friday, August 14, 2026 from 11 AM–2 PM for our FREE Breastfeeding Awareness Drive-Thru Celebration!

💕 Check out some of the goodies we’re getting ready! A HUGE thank you to Staci Winner from the Wilmington Ohio Lions Club for donating diaper bags, snacks, and personal care items for moms. 💕

We invite breastfeeding families—whether you breastfed for one day, one month, one year, or beyond—and everyone who supports them! Pregnant families are also encouraged to come learn about breastfeeding and the support available to them.

💜TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital will be joining us to share information about Women's Health Services available to support local families.

We’re excited to help spread the word about Babe Café breastfeeding support groups through TriHealth CMH Regional—a welcoming place for breastfeeding moms to connect, ask questions, receive encouragement, and support one another.

Supporting breastfeeding families isn’t the work of just one person or one organization. It takes all of us—healthcare providers, community organizations, families, friends, and neighbors—working together to make sure moms know they are supported and have access to the resources they need.
