Jury questionnaires for 2027 are coming to Frederick County mailboxes beginning this week!

We have introduced a new, faster way to complete them.
✅Scan the QR code on your jury questionnaire or visit the secure online portal. (see the SAMPLE questionnaire in the picture below)
✅It just takes a few minutes and is much more efficient than mailing it back.
✅Online submissions help us process information quickly, accurately and securely.
If you wish you can still return your jury questionnaire by mail, but completing it online is the fastest and most effective option.
