The Village Offices will be closed August 10th, the August bills will be released on August 7th, most payments recieved after the due date from the July bill will most likely not reflect on the printed August Bill, so this will show a past due amount. But they have been credited to your account, if you made a payment after this time frame. These are the payments made after 12 o'clock noon on August 3rd, since this was the next business day after the end of the month with the due date of July 31st, penalties have been applied for late payments. If you have any questions about the August Bill when it is released please don't hesitate to reach out. (419) 849-3031 opt 1 for the Billing Clerk, Carianne. You have until Friday July 31st to get signed up for ACH Auto Pay to start in August, if you submit it after Friday your Auto Pay will start in September.

Hey Woodville! We have some exciting news! You can sign up for Auto Pay! This will go into effect for your August Bill. Please return the ACH Authorization form, and a letter from your bank or voided check by July 31st to sign up for Auto Pay! If you return it later than July 31st your auto pay will go into effect the following month of September.

Form available on the home page of our website at villageofwoodville.com forms must be returned to our office directly, 530 Lime Street. Office Hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with lunch from 11:30 to noon. You can drop them in the drop box at 530 Lime Street as well after hours, but we need the paper copies no email copies will be accepted.
