Application Instructions

· All fields on the preliminary application must be completed (original signature must be obtained).

· Nothing but the preliminary application and civil rights form is needed to put an applicant on the waiting list ($0 needed to get on list).

· Once an applicant gets towards the top of the list (or if there is no waiting period) we will call and/or mail a notice to continue through processing and provide you with the full-length application and list of documents needed (There will be a $25 processing fee due when you submit your full-length application and documents).

· Applicants must keep the information on the application updated while on the waiting list. If anything changes (income, contact info, interest) you may call, email, fax, mail, or stop into the office.
