Okay you can't make this up. I bought a new TV for the bedroom from Amazon on wednesday. Was delivered on Saturday. Today that model is $100 off. I called and said instead of going through the exercise of returning it and then sending another just give me an Amazon gift card. They said no. So they would rather ship a brand new tv back that will end up on Mac bid at a greatly reduced price. And I have to reorder it for the $100 dollar price reduction. Make this make sense!

Facebook is a great place to communicate with long lost friends and to make new ones too! Unfortunately it allows for false accusations and frankly any bu****it someone at a keyboard or a phone wants to post. The facts are that if you reach out to myself or our office you will get a response. The first thing I will tell you is if I don't have an answer I will find it. Also it may not be what you want to hear but your concerns won't fall on deaf ears. My purpose for running for this office was to serve our residents and be their voice and advocate. I feel I've done that hundreds of times in my term and will continue as long as you allow me the privilege of serving.

This is the latest work by our own Ron Moore. Ron has blessed many in our community and beyond with his talents. Ron does this great work while battling Parkinson disease.
My good friend says Parkinson won't win in his battle. Hopefully you can see that this man has God given talent that he uses to make the world a better place, shows what belief in God can conquer and blessing people with his skill is awesome and inspiring!
Thank you my friend for all you do for our community and your fellow man.
Your simply put a baddass!

On friday we visited a demo site in Sebring. This project was being done as a collaboration between the Ohio Department of development, Sebring, the Mahoning County land bank and the Mahoning County Commissioners. The building that was taken down has been vacant and falling in on its self for decades. Once cleared 4 1/2 acres of property will be controlled by Sebring for future development.
This cooperation and collaboration is not only a positive step for our residents its also what will be required in future projects and grants the state wants going forward.
Just as the EMA project brought together the county, state and townships to tackle the cleanup after the July 5th storm this effort proves that by working together we can accomplish so much more.
Lets not sleep on this success! Lets continue to find the partnerships that make the most sense and moves this county forward for all our residents !

Can someone explain to me how data centers are the key issue in a race for US senate? One candidate is suggesting he is going to pass legislation so no one pays more for electric living near a project. Perhaps he is running for governor or state legislature and I missed it?

Just getting up to make coffee at 5am and the power went out! By 5:45 the power was restored! I don't know how they do it but Ohio Edison and First Energy get a huge shout out and thank you from all of us!
