I just finished reading Being Heumann: An Unrepentant Memoir of a Disability Rights Activist by Judith Heumann. She is also in a documentary airing on Netflix- Crip Camp. Both will inspire you. Here is an excerpt from the book that certainly inspired me!

REMINDER:
Here is how it works:
1. Bring some of your favorite books from home that you think other people would enjoy.
2. Trade/exchange books with neighbors.
3. Choose books from the library overflow to take home.
4. Enjoy a nice cold freeze pop!
* New book donations are welcomed & will be placed directly in the library.

To maintain social distancing, the event will take place outside. Look for the canopy setup by the little library

I want to thank the person that supplied all these wonderful books! Don’t be alarmed- I had to pull all the books because I am painting the library door. I don’t want the books to get damaged. I will have them all back in there tomorrow.
Also I will have a big announcement tomorrow for the fifth anniversary at the library!
