The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is advising employers, employees and the wider public that, effective immediately, your existing Immigration Entry Permit Form must be submitted with all work permit renewal applications on the Labour Management System (LMS).

New Work Permit Application Guide

A new work permit application must be submitted through the Workforce Development Dashboard.

Unlike a work permit renewal, a new work permit requires the employer to create a Job Posting before the work permit application can be submitted.
