🚨Royale Systems, LLC (“Subgrantee”) has received federal funds from HUD under the Economic Resilience and Revitalization (ERR) Program administered by the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA). In accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart D (Procurement Standards) and VIHFA’s Procurement Policy, Royale Systems is soliciting sealed quotations from qualified design firms to provide professional installation services for the project described herein.

Today, the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) had the pleasure of partnering with St. Patrick's Catholic School for a Job Shadowing Initiative, providing students with a behind-the-scenes look at the important work we do to serve the people of the Virgin Islands. Students had the opportunity to shadow professionals across several divisions, gaining firsthand exposure to careers in Housing Programs, Human Resources, Executive Administration, Facilities & Property Management, Information Technology, and other key operational areas that support the Authority's mission.

Through this experience, students learned how collaboration, public service, and innovation come together to strengthen our communities and provide quality housing opportunities throughout the Territory. At VIHFA, we believe investing in our youth is an investment in the future. We are proud to support career exploration, inspire the next generation of professionals, and help students envision the many possibilities available within public service.

A heartfelt thank you to the students of St. Patrick's Catholic School, our dedicated staff, and everyone who helped make today's experience meaningful and memorable. We look forward to continuing opportunities that educate, inspire, and empower the leaders of tomorrow.

📢📢 This is to give notice that the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA), as the Responsible Entity under 24 CFR Part 58, has determined that the following proposed action under the Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Program, Grant No. B-18-DP-78-0002, is located in a floodplain, and VIHFA will be identifying and evaluating practicable alternatives to locating the action within the floodplain and the potential impacts on the floodplain from the proposed action, as required by Executive Order 11988, as amended by Executive Order 13690, in accordance with HUD regulations at 24 CFR 55.20, Subpart C, Procedures for Making Determinations on Floodplain Management and Protection of Wetlands.
