The Company develops and manages the PHILAND Ranch Master Plan (PRMP), located in Chu Lai, Quang Nam Province of central Vietnam. All licenses
and permits for land usage and construction permits are registered under PhiLand Vietnam Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, granted by the Authority of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, Quang Nam Province, as authorized by the central government of Vietnam. Today, Vietnam is Southeast Asia’s second most economically thriving country behind China.
