More than just rugby league. 🇼🇸🏉

Our time in Siutu Village, one of the home of the SAPATEA Sports Hub, was more than just a clinic — it was a moment of tautua, loto fa’afetai, and connection with our people.

To stand on the land, serve the community, and spend time with the young people of Siutu was something truly special for our team. There was so much joy in seeing the excitement on the faces of the children and hearing their laughter throughout the day.

It was also an honour to have former Toa Samoa players Jesse Sene-Lefao and Frankie Winterstein sharing their talents, skills and time with the young people. To have sons of Samoa giving back in this way is powerful, and their presence brought inspiration, pride and hope to the next generation.

Our men were truly grateful for the opportunity to serve, and you could feel the excitement, happiness and energy of the young people all around us.

The SAPATEA Sports Hub is about much more than sport. It is about creating a place where our young people can grow in fa’aaloalo, loto tele, galulue fa’atasi, discipline and leadership. It is about building strong pathways, strong minds and strong futures for our villages.

These are the moments that remind us that when we come together as people, with one heart and one purpose, we can plant seeds that will grow for generations to come.

Great to have Jesse Sene-Lefao, former Toa Samoa player, visiting the SAPATEA region and spending time with our young people at Palauli I Sisifo College 🇼🇸

This is a visit that will never be forgotten. Jesse had the opportunity to experience firsthand how a school day truly begins in Samoa — through culture, respect, hospitality and the beautiful traditions that make our country so special.

What a way to be welcomed home to Samoa. ❤️🇼🇸

Grateful for our time with Palauli I Sisifo. 🇼🇸💙

It was special seeing our young people enjoying every activity, having fun and connecting with our Return to Paradise Delegation.

Our team also had the opportunity to share, listen and speak about some of the amazing initiatives being driven by the Samoan Government to create more opportunities for our young people and communities.

These are the moments that remind us why the SAPATEA Sports Hub exists — bringing people together through sport, connection and opportunity.

We will forever be grateful for opportunities like this, and we hope this isn’t a one-off. Our vision is to keep coming back, connecting and creating experiences like this every few months.

Grateful to share some special moments from our visit to Palauli I Sisifo College 🇼🇸❤️

Seeing the smiles, energy and excitement from the students was something our whole delegation will remember. The kids embraced every activity, got involved, had plenty of laughs and reminded us exactly why this journey is so important — using sport to connect, inspire and create opportunities for our young people.

A heartfelt thank you to Samoa Tourism for believing in the vision behind our Return to Paradise journey, and to Hon. Mulipola Anarosa Ale Molio’o for her belief in our team and continued support of what we are trying to achieve for our communities.

We also acknowledge our transport partner Hertz Samoa – Blue Pacific Car Hire for taking care of our delegation and helping us move across Samoa throughout this journey.
