Alright-I appreciate the love! Here are instructions to book with FannieRose Notary.

2. Please fill out all necessary and pertinent information that pertains to your notarization. This INCLUDES where the notarization will take place.
3. I do not carry cash, payment MUST be received BEFORE arrival or upon arrival.
4. Everyone MUST be present. If a signer is not there yet and the notarization has taken place or I am actively executing and completing it, I will wait 10 mins as a COURTESY.
5. The signers MUST be present with their unexpired DL or IDs-NO EXCEPTIONS. We are unable to accommodate this unfortunately unless there are special circumstances, such has handicap, disabled, bed bound, etc.
6. If your loved one is incarcerated, there are instructions that should be followed. Please contact that establishment to gain understanding on how to execute Power of Attorney or any other documents that needs a notary.
7. Last, but not least- TRANSPARENCY is a MUST! You can call me with certain information, but there is certain information that you have to disclose in order to maintain integrity and truthfulness. Our commission and laws depends on it. It benefits YOU too.
