The 3rd Togyupan Division Learners’ Convergence was successfully held on February 23–25, 2026 at Calasiao Comprehensive National High School. The three-day gathering brought together student leaders and teacher-advisers from various schools across the schools division of Pangasinan I for a meaningful and transformative experience.

The convergence served as a wholesome and empowering activity aimed at deepening the leadership capacity of learners and strengthening collaboration between students and their advisers representing Sual District. It focused on guiding participants to become more effective leaders in their respective schools and encouraging them to further develop impactful PPAs (Projects, Proposals, and Activities) under their organizations —Learners’ Government (LG), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), and Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB).

Representing Pangascasan Integrated School in the Learners’ Government (LG) were Mike Jr. Flores, John Bronson Abatayo, and Janilla Busante, under the guidance of Ma’am Eulina Trina Jaudian. For YES-O, Jamilla Solis, Mark Evo Caguioa, and Roanne de Guzman participated, together with their adviser, Sir Herminigildo Bumacod Jr. Meanwhile, Angela Tabua, Aiza Bumacod, and Princess Biando proudly represented BKB, led by their adviser, Ma’am Benelda Grace Millamina. The said event was actively supported by Pangascasan Integrated School through the leadership of Dr. Jennifer Santos, Principal III.

Throughout the activity, participants engaged in collaborative discussions, breakout sessions (LG Leadership Training, YES-O Camp and BKB Convention) and team-building exercises designed to enhance their skills in planning, organizing, and implementing sustainable and relevant school-based programs. The sessions emphasized responsibility, teamwork, innovation, and servant leadership—values essential in leading dynamic student organizations.

The convergence not only strengthened camaraderie among young leaders but also ignited a renewed sense of purpose and commitment in serving their school communities. Learners were inspired to initiate meaningful projects that will positively impact their fellow students and promote active participation in school governance and advocacy programs.

The knowledge, skills, and inspiration gained from the 3rd Togyupan Division Learners’ Convergence will not end with the event. Instead, these learnings will be actively applied in Pangascasan Integrated School. Through this experience, Pangascasan Integrated School looks forward to fostering more empowered, responsible, and service-driven student leaders.
