The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

During Raider’s EUCOM Rotation, 3-69 Armor sharpened lethal warfighting readiness alongside NATO allies. From the defense of Klaipeda staff ride to the Schutzenschnur competition, the Lithuanian Green-Beret challenge and Griffin BDE Sports Day, Power demonstrated
skill and interoperability. Each event-built esprit de corps and strengthened allied cohesion. Together we fight, together we win!

Over the past 9 months 2nd Battalion 7th Infantry Regiment completed a rigorous CALFEX following CBR-02 training, certifying Assassin and Bushmaster platoons, bolstering battalion effectiveness! Soldiers honed tactical skills with coordinated maneuvers, live-fire exercises – including a dynamic "Hell-Storm" drill – and successfully integrated innovative 3D-printed attack drones into combat operations. The unit also demonstrated exceptional esprit de corps with a challenging Murph event supported by the USO in Grafenwöhr, DEU.
Proud of everything the Cottonbaler's have accomplished and looking forward to see what they do next!
