I know this may be short notice and it may be a long term project instead but I'm reaching out to all of Al Cotton's family and friends. I would love to create a compilation of short stories and/or memories that you have of Al so that his mother, children and grandchildren will know MANY of his stories and adventures that we weren't present for (Alex was so young when we lost Al). I was thinking as a Christmas present to the children but on second thought it will probably take WAY longer. It can be a working document as I'll have to break it down into family, elementary school, SVAA, junior high, Sherman, Richardson HS, TJC, Navarro, East MS CC, Mississippi State, playing sports, maybe workplace coworkers, coaching, CYF, GA Giants, Arlington Panthers, Dallas Diesel, etc. It may become a book, there are no limits! I can't tag everyone (it's 2:41am CST) but please share and let me know your thoughts and ideas!
