𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲! The MSU Buug ROTC Unit proudly honors it’s former Cadet Advanced Officers for conquering the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀.

𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗕𝘂𝘂𝗴 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY — The MSU Buug ROTC Unit once again proved its excellence after achieving an outstanding 𝟵𝟵.𝟵𝟲% rating during the 2026 ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI).

Guided by the leadership of Commandant Lt. Col. Janaloden M. Sanggacala, together with the dedicated Training Staff and GMA’s, the Corps of Cadets displayed exceptional discipline, teamwork, and operational readiness throughout the inspection.

This achievement also reflects the unwavering support of the university administration led by Engr. Sheila G. Magolama, Ph.D., whose commitment continues to strengthen the development of competent and mission-ready citizen-soldiers.

Another remarkable milestone has been achieved as our unit garnered an outstanding 99.96% rating during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection. This achievement reflects the unit’s unwavering discipline, dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence in service and leadership.

To the cadets of the MSU Buug ROTC Unit, this accomplishment is a testament to your hard work, perseverance, and determination in upholding the values of honor, integrity, and service. May this milestone inspire everyone to continue striving for greater excellence and to bring pride and honor to the university and the community.

This success would not have been possible without the continuous guidance, support, and encouragement of the GMA’s, Training Staff, Chancellor, faculty members, and school administration, who have always believed in and supported the unit in every endeavor. Your leadership, mentorship, and dedication to developing competent and responsible cadets played a vital role in achieving this historic accomplishment.
