📢 CUSTOMER NOTICE

Update to USPS Customs Declaration Form Process

To improve processing and ensure your customs form generates correctly, please follow the updated guidance below:

• If you are completing a Customs Declaration Form online before coming to the Post Office, please do not enter the package weight into the system. Leaving the weight field blank allows the system to generate a barcode-only customs form, which you will present to the postal clerk at the finance counter.

• The system no longer accepts or processes full handwritten or fully completed Customs Declaration Forms. Only electronically generated barcode forms can be accepted at the counter.

• This change does not apply to USPS Click‑N‑Ship or Pirate Ship. Those platforms may continue to generate full customs forms with weight included.

Thank you for your cooperation as we transition to the updated USPS customs process.
